Lane Kersting
Lane started as a powersports mechanic while in college, although he had been working on machines long before that. Following graduation from Western Colorado University, Lane traveled to Texas to learn about performance at Tuner School at Hennessey Performance in Houston. He taught performance and engine tuning at Tuner School before moving on to work in a powersports shop in Texas. Lane missed the mountains and returned to his hometown of Buena Vista to open his own shop. In 2020, he moved to Gunnison, Colorado, and opened RMD Powersports. Lane is an avid dirt biker and snowmobiler whenever the weather allows.

Bryce Cowley
Bryce discovered the Gunnison Valley in 2008 while attending school and made it his permanent home in 2012 after graduation. Growing up, he was immersed in the outdoors, developing a passion for hunting and racing motocross.
Raised to appreciate everything about outdoor life, Bryce continues to spend his time riding sleds, motorcycles, and hunting in the stunning Gunnison wilderness. His deep connection to powersports and outdoor adventure fuels his dedication as a parts manager at RMD Powersports.

Karson Lamp
Karson is a Western alumnus who moved to Gunnison 7 years ago. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion. Karson began working on his own dirt bikes and other powersports vehicles in high-school, then went on to train under skilled technicians at Sun Enterprises in Denver. If he isn't working, Karson spends his days dirt biking, sledding, or enjoying the beautiful Gunnison Valley.

Justin O'Dell
Born and raised in Gunnison, Justin O'Dell grew up riding and racing dirt bikes at a competitive level across the country, fueling his deep passion for powersports.
Professionally, Justin has built his career around welding, gaining five years of experience in the oil and gas industry and refining his expertise in decorative metalwork while based in New Mexico.
Now back in Gunnison, Justin is thrilled to be surrounded by the outdoor activities he loves, right outside his front porch. His powersports background and welding craftsmanship bring a unique skill set to the RMD Powersports team.
